Attendance Policy
If someone makes a reservation and doesn’t show up they will be billed for the cost of the meal. If you make a reservation, it is your responsibility to notify me if you won’t be able to attend a meeting. We understand that sometimes things come up the morning of the meeting so if that happens to you I will accept your cancellation on the day of the meeting. The money collected will be used to reimburse the sponsor for meals not eaten.
DO NOT just show up at a meeting to avoid the above. We have to give a head count to First City Club so they know how much food to prepare. If people just show up with no reservation then there won’t be enough food for everyone.
